How do I qualify for my membership tier?
Accumulate your spend over a period of 12months from date of last purchase to qualify for each of the tiers.

How can I earn points?
Enjoy 1 Radiance Point for every 1 baht spent on Clé de Peau Beauté products exclusive only at Clé de Peau Beauté counters and the official website www.cledepeau-beaute.co.th(no any other channels). Please note that shipping fees and non-redeemable services are not eligible for points. The annual point-earning period runs from January 1st to December 31st.

Select "Earn Points From Official Website"4. Select brand "Clé de Peau Beauté"5. Input "Order Number" into the blank box (starting with CPBTHxxxx)
*Only "Delivered" status of Order Number is eligible to earn Radiance Points. *Wrong entered Order Number is not allowed for more than 5 times, you may try again in next 24 hours. **Offline Purchase will be automatically earned into the member portal - BEAUTY CONNECT

How do I check my points balance?
Simply log into our member portal - BEAUTY CONNECT (https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th/) to access your personalized member dashboard. You will be able to view your purchase history, points balance, membership status as well as any existing rewards available for redemption.

What can I use my points for?
You can use your Radiance Point to redeem exclusive Clé de Peau Beauté Year-End Rewards exclusivly curated for you. The redeemable period of Year-End Rewards will be from January 1st - February 28th of the following year (or until further announcement).

Is there an expiry date to my points?
Point will be collected during the period of January 1st - December 31st, all Radiance Points will be redeemed before the expiry date of February 28th of the following year. For example, points earned in 2024 will expire on February 28th, 2025. Unredeemed points will be expired automatically.

Am I allowed to combine Radiance Point with my friends?
Clé de Peau Beauté membership and points are personal to each individual member and are not transferable.

Where can I redeem my points for products?
You can redeem your points by logging into BEAUTY CONNECT (https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th/) and go to "Menu" then select "Yearend Redemption 2024" after logging in. Click on "Add to Cart" under Year-End Rewards of your choice. You must choose the highest tier before others.

Where can I collect my products?
Clé de Peau Beauté Year-End Rewards can only picked up at the chosen counters from April 1st - May 31st (or until further announcement).

When is the collection period and the product redemption period?
Collection Period is January 1st - December 31st and the redeemable period of Year-End Rewards will be from January 1st - February 28th of the following year (or until further announcement).

Am I able to return my rewards or exchange it for another reward once I have collected it?
Once redemptions are confirmed, no change/cancel is allowed. Points and Year-End Rewards cannot be exchanged to cash or other items. All Year-End Rewards redemptions via BEAUTY CONNECT are final.

How can I access and update my personal details?
Kindly update your personal details from BEAUTY CONNECT. (https://beautyconnect.shiseido.co.th/) and select "Menu" then get into "My Profile" to edit your details.
